As a licensed Maryland nonprofit founded by Kim Mack, we proudly operate programs at Baltimore Highlands, Chadwick, Dundalk, Hawthorne, Hernwood, and Riverview Elementary Schools.

Current Openings
Site Director â Before/After School & Summer Program
đ Hawthorne Elementary â Middle River, MD
Lead daily operations, supervise staff, oversee curriculum and safety, and serve as the primary contact for families and school staff.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with school-age children
Supervisory experience preferred
MSDE Director credentials (or willingness to obtain)
Part-time or Full-time
Program Aide â Before/After School & Summer Program
đ Hawthorne Elementary â Middle River, MD
Support children before and after school, including students with autism and behavioral challenges. Help with activities, routines, transitions, and behavior support.
Qualifications
Experience working with children
Behavior-management experience is a plus
25â39 hours per week
Additional summer hours available
